I started working for Arun Estates at the Ward & Partners office in the Tunbridge Wells office in Kent in 1992 where I progressed to the position of Sales Manager. I moved to the Douglas Allen brand 10 years ago and was based in Woodford Green as a Manager. Since this time I have built up the office to be one of the most successful in the Arun Estates Group. I would say to anyone considering a career within Estate Agency that there is none better than Douglas Allen for recognising and rewarding hard work and commitment.
